When a family from a partner school requests tutoring with a teacher from that same school, SuperTutors works within the school’s established guidelines to identify qualified candidates. Depending on the arrangement, families may be matched with a teacher from their child’s school or with another professional educator in our network. All scheduling, invoicing, and placement logistics are handled through SuperTutors, creating a transparent and consistent process that respects both family convenience and school policies.

For Teachers

Teachers at partner schools who wish to provide tutoring to students in their community do so through SuperTutors as independent contractors. This structure allows educators to maintain autonomy, receive professional support, and uphold clear ethical and scheduling boundaries. SuperTutors manages administrative details such as invoicing, communication, and compliance, allowing teachers to focus on what they do best: helping students reach their full potential.

For School Leaders 

Allowing teachers from a school to provide tutoring for students within their own community through an independent third party creates the best of both worlds.
